Beth Pesta, DPT.

Beth Pesta, DPT, is the founder and lead physical therapist at Elevate Physical Therapy. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Morris (2005) and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Mary, Bismarck (2008). With a strong passion for helping others, Beth combines comprehensive evaluations, customized exercise programs, manual therapy, and patient education to optimize movement and manage pain.

Beth has been working in orthopedics since 2008 and has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, from various backgrounds, and with a wide range of injuries, sports activities, and work environments. She specializes in pre- and post-operative care and is particularly passionate about helping athletes return to their full running potential pain-free. By considering each patient’s unique goals, Beth ensures the best possible recovery and outcome for every individual she works with.
